Jasmine Rose {Brisbane, Australia}

Hello, beloved sister.

I’m Jasmine Rose, and I’m delighted to connect! I am a Wise Womb Therapist, Foundress of the Shakti Yoga School and women’s temple keeper.

I hold such a reverence for the womb, and this work, so I’m honoured to introduce myself here to the beautiful Wise Womb community.

Connecting with my womb was the missing piece on my spiritual journey! She called me back into my body after a long period of being very disconnected.

This disconnect resulted in all kinds of relationship chaos, unplanned pregnancies and continuously giving my power away (including a long stint in a cult!).

Even though I was a yoga teacher and practitioner, I was really cut off from my own depths as a woman. Not to mention, as a deeply feeling and highly sensitive creature, I was frequently overwhelmed and muddled up in the big soup of energies and emotions, almost all the time.

Embodiment practice and connecting to my womb has been my anchor - my lifeline back into my own center; my own knowing; my deep inner power.

I remember long before having any knowledge or training in this area, squatting over burning sage after a miscarriage, intuitively knowing I needed to clear my womb space. I’d fallen pregnant to a man I was in a very toxic relationship with, and that miscarriage was the beginning of my recovery and reclamation.

It was an initiation that fiercely called me into right relationship with myself. Around that time back in 2013, a bodyworker taught me Maya Abdominal massage, and I began my self-care regime of womb massage. It was so healing, centering and I had no idea at the time that years later I would be offering womb massage to women.

Discovering Naomi’s work years later was exactly what I was looking for - I adore that she has created a modality that is everything I could’ve dreamed of.

I did not doubt my YES for a second, entering the 13-moon apprenticeship in 2018. The two weeks we spent together in the Redwoods learning these sacred hands-on arts of womb healing was one of the most memorable of my life.

I’ve been offering this work regularly ever since, and I love it. If you come to me for a session, expect a lavishly decorated temple space with fragrant herbs and oils wafting through the air, candles upon the altar at the feet of the Goddess, and music creating the mood. This is a place where deep remembrance happens.

I love working with deeply feeling women who want to feel more connected to themselves - particularly their body, womb and heart.

I help women fall in love with their bodies, and I love to offer a real experience of the sacredness of their body, womb and femininity.

Women come to my sessions to feel safe, nurtured and held as they meet themselves deeply.

“Every time I lay my hands on a woman’s womb I am overcome with a deep reverence, a profound ancientness, a knowing that receiving this kind of bodywork is both a ceremonial rite and also a right for all women … ⁣to have their bodies touched with utmost love and presence; to be honoured as the antidote for all the ways women’s bodies have not been; and to create a safe and sacred space for healing; to reclaim the sacred space of the womb and to bring her home into her sacred centre, her seat of wisdom, creativity and power.”

I don’t like to call myself a healer, because I believe the power to heal lies within each individual. You set the intention, I create the space and use the skills I have, and then let the magick happen through holding presence with heart.

Women who work with me often receive deep insight from their own body wisdom with the support of the ceremonial space we create.

I weave in the medicine of rose (I am absolutely obsessed with roses!), and a bounty of botanical blessings and scented delights.

My gorgeous temple space nestled amongst the trees in Brisbane, Australia, feels like a womb space - in fact I affectionately describe it as the womb of the Great Mother. We are so held here.

This work expresses through me as a devotion. Offering these sessions taps me into something deeply ancestral, a knowing my my bones, a mysterious and wondrous weaving that always leaves me in awe of women and their journeys.

When I’m not offering womb healing sessions, I’m teaching Shakti Yoga - the sacred feminine embodiment practice I created.  I describe this practice as womb-centered yoga, and it is influenced by my work as a womb-healing practitioner, supporting women to nourish and connect with their womb through movement and meditation. It is so complementary to my hands-on work!

I established the Shakti Yoga School in 2020, offering a signature nine-month teacher training - this is my legacy, and one that keeps me very immersed in service.

I also love dancing, frolicking in nature, sitting by the fire. I live a bit of a hermit life along in the forest, and yet am actively creating a flourishing community where I live, in Upper Brookfield, Brisbane Australia.

I’d love to connect with you. Come find me on Instagram where I love to muse and share beauty, stories and wisdom drops. @jasmine.la.rose

Let’s be friends on Facebook (this is where I love to network)

Currently my womb healing sessions are in person only, but Shakti Yoga, including my teacher training, are also offered online.

Every now and then I’ll offer 1:1 mentoring online if it’s a really good fit! Don’t hesitate to send me an email.

In Devotion,

Jasmine Rose, Certified Wise Womb Therapist, Yoga Teacher, BA(Psyc) hons
