Liz Philbrick

Liz Philbrick is a certified clinical herbalist and nutritionist living in Longmont, Colorado. Liz graduated with a BA from Colorado College and got her start in herbalism in Bozeman Montana apprenticing with Kris Hill of Hill Botanicals. In 2009 continued her studies at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. She graduated from the clinical herbalism program as well as the nutrition program. Liz worked as an herbalist and production manager at Rebecca’s Herbal Apothecary and Supply in Boulder, Colorado. In addition to her work at Rebecca’s, Liz taught herbal classes in Boulder and at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Liz works as an herbal consultant and continues to teach community classes. Liz’s specific areas of interest in reproductive health include STD management, menstrual health, and fertility awareness. Liz teaches our Cycle Charting Modules. 


Olatokunboh Obasi

Owner of Well of Indigenous Wisdom’s Omaroti, an indigenous conscious wellness space located in Puerto Rico, Olatokunboh Obasi has been working in the wellness field for over 15 years. She is a yoga and dance instructor, medical herbalist, nutritionist and birth doula. Committed to community holistic health, social justice, and education, she is founder of Three Rivers Free Clinic for the People. Presently, coordinates Herbalists without Borders International on the island of Puerto Rico, she founded Well of Indigenous Wisdom School. Yoga and dance is where she finds grace and cultivates her relationship to Source. A guest presenter and teacher of many conferences across the nation, she began a movement for People of Color; reminding the Western world to honor contributions to herbal practice by people of Indigenous heritage; African, Native American, Latin American. Originally from Africa, her travels around the world are extensive as she integrates traditional knowledge of herbs, health and wellness with her western education. She received her Master’s of Science from Maryland Institute of Integrative Health. Ola teaches our Herbal Medicine for Women's Health modules. 


Kris González

Kris González is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Board-Certified Herbalist and guide into the lost art of radical self-care called Nourishing Life or 養生 yǎng shēng. The principles are based on the preservation of health, not just the treatment of disease. The methods promote health and longevity and guides us away from those that might cause harm. She specializes in Female Healing Arts. She teaches her female patients how to gain an understanding of their biological rhythms within the lens of Chinese Medicine. She educates on gracefully approaching the 7 year cycles of Women, Menstrual Attunement, and Longevity Medicine. She is a certified Healer Within Practice Leader from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Taichi and is also certified in the therapeutic application of essential oils; Aroma AcuTouch. She is also the resident acupuncturist for Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute where she provides herbal consultations and education on perineal steaming for healing gynecological and andrological conditions using steam and smoke therapy also known as fumigation therapy in Chinese Medicine. Keli Garza

Keli GArza

Keli holds a Masters degree in International Development graduating with honor. She is a social science researcher by academic training, and has spent the past several years researching women's health, founding a new field of discipline called Peristeam Hydrotherapy. Having recorded over seven hundred peristeam case studies, Keli holds the only known research database of its kind. Keli teaches our Yoni Steaming Certification Modules.
