Intestinal Lavage | Enema's

Enemas can be wonderful as an adjunct therapy to support intestinal healing and reproductive wellness. We only encourage you to do them under the guidance of a Practitioner.

Enemas can be over done! Please know Your Body is NOT dirty. We only encourage enemas when there are symptoms where an enema is indicated. Enemas saved me from really intense pelvic and digestive pain episodes I was having when nothing else was helping. I also encourage them when there is intestinal or pelvic congestion, digestive and reproductive symptoms.

You may want to do your self care belly massage ahead of time and place a castor oil pack on your belly before or after your enema. I wouldn't do more than two a week for a short time, and under supervision.
